We have been working with supply chain planning systems for last 20 years, starting with Theory of Constraint SCM software, and for last 15 years working with Oracle Demantra app, as well as with other applications including Oracle Fusion modules or Cloud, helping companies all over the world to improve their business.
We built ‘best practices’ modules for multiple consulting companies, and they still successfully sell them.

The Wonderful Company – privately held $4 billion company committed to offering high-quality, healthy brands and helping consumers make better choices, every day. Implemented Demand Management module of the Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Planning offerrings, implemented the attribute based forecasting.
Chicken of the Sea – packaged seafood provider, in Phase 1 implemented Trade Promotion Management and Optimization system for 2 divisions Retail and Foodservice. This is first Demantra implementation for Foodservice sales channel that accommodates their main requirement to track payments at distributor opcos and indirect operators. In Phase 2 configured customer and product profitability view, the system was upgraded to latest version for both: shipment and consumption statistical forecasting, consumption promotions were reconstructed based on syndicated data.
James Avery – James Avery Jewelry is a family-owned company offering finely crafted jewelry designs. Helped business team and consulting company to configure and adopt S&OP, Demand planning, Supply planning applications suite.
Organic Valley – cooperative of farmers producing milk, cheese, butter, implemented Trade Promotion Planning system enhancements.
